2024 has been a fantastic year for RTS Business Solutions, and we can already reveal that 2025 looks just as exciting
New name. New locations in Denmark and abroad. More new employees and new skills. 2024 has been full of exciting news, and 2025 already looks to be just as exciting.
This is according to CEO Paw Steffensen, who earlier this year took over the CEO role from founder and owner Anders Jakobsen so that he can focus on the customers and RTS.
“2024 has been a blast. We have been appointed LS Retail diamond partner, and we have expanded our skills so that we now also offer Business Central to our customers – a natural part of RTS’ development,” says Paw Steffensen.
RTS Business Solutions has also established an office in Odense and a new subsidiary in Serbia. The subsidiary in Belgrade will be run by Nataša Bošković, who brings extensive experience in IT solutions for the retail market.
“We have also hired five new employees during 2024, and we have changed our name to RTS Business Solutions because we want to signal change and the new focus,” says Paw Steffensen.

Growth in revenue and employees
In 2025, RTS Business Solutions will continue to grow. The business will expand with a new location in Aarhus. With the expansion in Aarhus, RTS Business Solutions will be present in the country’s three largest cities.
“In 2025, we want to grow 50% in terms of employees, and we expect a growth in revenue of 25%. With the new location in Aarhus, we will now be even closer to our customers, and in Serbia, we also expect an expansion in 2025,” says Paw Steffensen.
He also expects to strengthen the position in the LS Retail market and establish RTS Business Solutions in the Business Central market.
“We also expect to strengthen awareness of some of our additional products within PIM and Electronic shelves,” says Paw Steffensen.
